Would you like your lights, fans, ac or TV to be controlled with your voice or perhaps set them to turn on at specific times of the day to assist with security.

Do you need a new email account, want to trouble shoot an old one, need assistance with managing your emails or want to better organise them or make more secure.

Do you want to learn about file management, where to store photos, documents etc, how to back them up and what are good practices.

Do you have an old computer that no longer works and you would like to recover the data from the hard drive or use the hard drive in an external enclosure.

Unless you specifically ask not to, we will always talk through what we are doing and discuss in as much detail as you like. Our goal is to try and empower you to be able to traverse technology yourself as much as possible. Sure, you may not want to know everything, but it is nice to have a good understanding, so it helps to not worry about it so much.


One of our goals is to not have you stress about technology, either by you learning enough not to worry about it or hand it completely over to us to look after it for you. Either way, you should have a calm experience knowing there is someone assisting you.
We don’t believe trust should be something of the past. You have private information on your devices and we take privacy seriously. We want you to always feel that whenever we are dealing with your private information, that it stays private.

We work Monday to Friday, generally between 9am and 4pm.
You are welcome to phone, text or email, which ever way you feel comfortable. We will respond as soon as we possibly can. Generally we do not respond out of business hours or weekends. If you phone and it goes to voicemail please leave a message, we will definitely get back to you.
We do not have a store with access to the public. We provide a mobile service, where we come to your home or a remote online service where we connect to your computer or device over the internet.
The costs can differ for different services but generally tech support at your location is currently $90 per hour or part there of. This will be a good guide for most things, but please check first as some things like support over the internet will be cheaper.
